These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ep77 ("ep77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ep77 online casino and sportsbook platform available at ep77.vip and any associated applications or services.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users of the ep77 platform without exception.

To register and use the ep77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an ep77 employee or contractor, unless explicitly permitted in writing by ep77 management.
• Your account must not have been previously suspended or permanently closed by ep77 for any violation of these Terms.

ep77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by ep77 may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds pending verification completion.

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on ep77 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method. ep77 will rely on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming communications.

You are obligated to keep your account information current. If any registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile or notify ep77 Support promptly.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• ep77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration and at any subsequent point.
• Documents requested during KYC verification may include a valid CNIC, proof of address, or payment method ownership confirmation.
• Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended until documentation is satisfactorily provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ep77 Login credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication details. ep77 recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service or platform.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and ep77 will not accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ep77 Support immediately via the contact details provided on the Support page. ep77 will take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.

• Do not use public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks when accessing your ep77 account.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional account protection.

ep77 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast inter-bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ep77 account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable method-specific conditions are displayed at the time of deposit. ep77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. ep77 targets a processing time of 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to verification status and daily processing windows.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Players must ensure their KYC documentation is current to avoid delays.
• ep77 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount, which will be communicated within the account cashier section.
• Funds deposited by one payment method may only be withdrawn to the same method unless explicitly approved otherwise by the ep77 finance team.

ep77 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all ep77 bonuses unless individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who hold a single registered account in good standing.
2. Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the offer explicitly permits multiple claims.

7. ep77 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and/or confiscate funds where bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional offers, or coordinated wagering patterns are detected.

All bets and wagers placed on ep77 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sportsbook events including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other markets — are subject to the specific game or sport rules in effect at the time the bet is placed.

ep77 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology across all casino games. All outcomes are independently verified for fairness by third-party testing agencies. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect statistically verified long-run averages and are not guaranteed returns for individual sessions.

For sportsbook markets:

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to the exception of obvious pricing errors.

ep77 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market or game at its sole discretion, including applying individual player stake restrictions where betting patterns indicate advantage play or where risk management thresholds are met.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ep77 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting personal details at any stage.
• Duplicate accounts: Creating or operating more than one ep77 account simultaneously or sequentially under any identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering, matched betting, or any systematic approach designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including poker-style or live dealer environments.

• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal claims against genuine ep77 deposits. All chargeback claims will be contested and accounts suspended pending resolution.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session time limits: Configure maximum continuous play sessions with automatic logout.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ep77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ep77 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without written authorisation from ep77.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of any ep77 software or game client.
• Creating derivative works based on ep77 content or branding.
• Using ep77 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any commercial context without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of ep77 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ep77 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the ep77 platform.
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or connectivity failures beyond ep77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the player's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security or misuse of the platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party game content provided by licensed game suppliers.

ep77's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim, or PKR 50,000 — whichever is the lower amount.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ep77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

ep77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal or prohibited activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against legitimate deposits.
• Abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable conduct directed at ep77 staff or other players.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon suspension or closure, ep77 will conduct a review of the account. If the closure is due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to ep77, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting ep77 Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

ep77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the ep77 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ep77 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and local law applicable to the player, ep77 shall not be held responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations that restrict or prohibit online gambling — this responsibility lies entirely with the player.

In the event of a dispute between you and ep77, the following process applies:

1. First contact: Contact ep77 Support and describe the dispute clearly. The Support team will attempt to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
2. Formal complaint: If the Support response is unsatisfactory, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. ep77 will provide a formal written response within 14 business days.

You agree not to initiate legal proceedings against ep77 without first exhausting the above dispute resolution process in full.
